Orient a Tray (9) as shown. Attach the Tray 
to the Tray Frame (3) with eight M4 x 20mm 
Screws (7); 

start all eight Screws, and 

then tighten them. 

 

Next, set a Handle (8) with eight Weight 
Plates (10, 11, 12) on the Tray (9). 

 

Repeat this step on the other side of the 
Tray Frame (3).

4. 

Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the dumbbells and stand. 

Note: Extra 

hardware may be left over. Place a mat beneath the stand to protect the floor.

2.  Orient the Tray Frame (3) as shown. Attach 

the Tray Frame to the Uprights (2) with four 
M10 x 65mm Screws (6).
