Installing the check valve
Please note:

Unscrew the protection caps from the ports.

Use an open-end spanner to hold the spanner flats in place when installing the
WEH
®
Product.
Î
Install the WEH
®
Product into your system in a pressure-tight manner at ports ‘B1’
and ‘B2’.
For the tightening torque, please refer to the table below.
Attention:
Please note the flow direction marked on the product.

8. COMMISSIONING
- Check the ports for leak tightness before commissioning for the first time.

Apply the operating pressure slowly to the WEH
®
Product slowly.

Use a foaming leak detection agent to check the connections to the WEH
®
Product and
for leak tightness. The test points must be sealed tight without any bubbles.
Caution:
Observe the technical data in
and all appropriate technical stan-
dards and applicable legal requirements.
Attention:
Do not use a leak detection spray that contains ammonia, since this could
cause corrosion to the product.
