Maintenance
Please note:

If you detect any leaks or malfunction, replace the WEH
®
Product or send it to WEH
for maintenance. Stop using the product immediately.
The following maintenance work may be carried out by the operator:
Î
Unscrew the plug (Pos. 210) from the drain port ‘Q’ using the open-ended wrench
A/F19 to drain the accumulated oil.
Replace the O-ring of the plug before reassembling the plug. Screw the plug back in
and tighten it up afterwards.
Tightening torque
35 Nm +10%

Replacing the O-ring on the plug (Pos� 210)
Î
Clamp the dismantled coalescing filter e.g. in a vice with
aluminum jaws.
Î
Unscrew the plug (Pos. 210.1) from the drain port ‘Q’ using
the open-ended wrench A/F19.
Î
Remove the o-ring (Pos. 210.2) from the plug (Pos. 210.1)
using the WEH
®
O-ring picker (
).
Î
Place the WEH
®
Assembly tool part no. E34-110639 onto
the plug (Pos. 210.1).
Î
Lubricate the new O-ring (Pos. 210.2) with WEH
®
Lubricant
part no. E99-4.
Î
Slide the new O-ring over the WEH
®
Assembly tool into the
recess of the plug (Pos. 210.1) (
).
Attention:
Mount the O-ring so that it is not twisted in itself in
the recess.
Î
Screw the plug (Pos. 210.1) including the new O-ring
(Pos. 210.2) into the drain port ‘Q’.
For this purpose, use the appropriate torque wrench and the
open-ended wrench insert A/F19.
Tightening torque
35 Nm +10%
