4. PRODUCT USE
4.1. General Warnings for Making Yogurt
1. Jars should be clean and dry.
2. The tank of the product should be clean and dry.
3. It should be made sure that the milk is not expired.
4. When using daily milk, it is necessary to wait for the milk to reach to room temperature after
boiling.
5. After removing the milk and the yogurt yeast from refrigerator, it is important to wait until they
reach to room temperature.
6. It is recommended to use a wooden spoon.
7. This device is intended for domestic use only. It is not suitable for industrial or commercial
purposes.
8. The device should be kept in room temperature (between 20 and 32 santigrate degrees) for
efficient utilization.
9. You are expected to contact only Weewell Authorized Service for repairs and maintenance.
10. Your yogurt will be warm when the fermentation process terminates. If you prefer your yogurt
condensed, we recommend you to keep it in your refrigerator for a while. On the other hand, you
can use different flavors with your fermented yogurt to add taste.
The yogurt should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than seven days. Since the activation
of the lactobacillus bacteria in your yogurt will be at its highest in the first three days, we
recommend you to consume your yogurt within this period.
WARNING: Please do not add any kinds of sweeteners, colorings, natural aromas or similar
ingredients into the milk and the yeast during the fermentation process of the yogurt.
4.2. Preparation Process
Put the ingredients into the jars in quantities explained below.
Fermentation with Fresh Daily Milk:
Fresh daily milk (180 ml x 7) + yeast or 5% pure yoğurt
1. Fresh daily milk should be boiled first and left to cool off to room temperature before using. The
yeast that will be used should be in room temperature as well.
Fermentation with Pasteurized Milk:
Pasteurized milk (180 ml x 7) + yeast or 5% pure yoğurt
2. If you wish to use pasteurized milk, wait until it reaches to room temperature. The yeast that
will be used should be in room temperature as well.
