Premium Cover Installation
for the Summit 475 & 675

You will need: twelve stainless steel male snap half/screws
and a drill. (Fourteen snaps are supplied, two are spares.)
1.
Place the cover over the Summit Gas Barbecue. The
cover should lay flat on top of the trim of the sleeve.
Mark the trim opposite the snaps. Remove the cover.
2.
Use the drill to drill a small pilot hole in the trim.
(.140” (

) drill size, countersunk 60° x .050” deep
maximum or a larger drill size to remove the burr)
Note: The dimensions shown indicate the approximate
locations of the stainless steel mounting snaps The female
top snap (part of cover) should be used as a template for
drilling holes for the male bottom part of the snap.
3.
Screw the male snap half into the pilot hole. Tighten.
Repeat for the other nine male snap half/screws.
4.
Place the cover over the barbecue. Snap it into place.
5.
Make sure the inner “skirt” of the cover material is
under the handle and draped over the control panel.
This will allow any water to run off and not collect in
the handle area.
