How to hold the iHelp+
3G™ For the Best
Audio

The operator
should be able to hear
you if you are wearing
the iHelp+ 3G™ unit on
your arm, neck, or belt. However,
for optimal audio, it is best to hold
the iHelp+ 3G™ approximately 10
inches in front of your mouth.
Testing Your Unit
It is recommended that you test
your unit weekly. There are two (2)
options for testing the unit:
1. Test to notify designated loved
ones AND the monitoring center

front of your iHelp+ 3G™ unit for
two (2) seconds and then release.
