Assembly Instructions
Before you begin, please make sure all parts and proper quantities are included. (See Part Identifier Key) Any parts damaged during shipment must be reported
within 24 hours of receipt. To report information regarding damages or if you have any questions, please call 800.242.2303.
Tools Required

4mm Allen
Wrench
•
Phillips screw
driver
•
Screw gun
•
Square screw
driver
Step 1:
• With the help of another person, align the threaded inserts of one of the
braces
to one of the
rails.
• Using a 1/4”-20x20mm joint connector bolt, insert the bolt going through the pre-drilled hole in the
rail
to the threaded insert of the
brace
. Use a 4mm
Allen wrench or 4mm hex bit and a screw gun to fasten the bolt into place. Repeat this step for the second joint connector bolt for this
brace.
• After the first brace is attached on one side, repeat the above step for the remaining
braces
.
•
Repeat this step for the second
rail.
Step 2:
• Align the pre-drilled holes in the (right)
side panel
with the threaded inserts in one of the
rails.
• Using a 1/4”-20x20mm joint connector bolt, insert the bolt going through the pre-drilled hole in the
side panel
to the threaded inserts of the
rail.
Use a
4mm Allen wrench or 4mm hex bit and a screw gun to fasten the bolt into place. Repeat for the remaining joint connector bolt.
• Repeat this step to attach the remaining
rails
and
side panels
until all points are connected.
