TEC+ lead to pin 6, and the TEC- lead to pin 5. Keep the
wires as short as possible to reduce the voltage drop at
high current.
Use caution when the PTC is combined with a PLD laser
driver: if the TEC or thermistor is connected to the laser
diode, two power supplies are required and must float
independently of each other.
