Battery Buttons
The “BATTERY A” and “BATTERY B” buttons turn on and turn off battery power for the front
hub battery and the optional second battery, respectively. To turn on the front hub battery,
momentarily press and release the “BATTERY A” button. There will be a momentary delay
(about half second) and the system will become active. The LEDs in the “BATTERY A” LED
display should become lit according to the schedule defined in Table 1, indicating that the
front hub battery power is turned on. To turn off the front hub battery, press and hold the
“BATTERY A” button for at least two seconds. All LEDs in the “BATTERY A” LED display will
become unlit, indicating that front hub power is turned off. The “BATTERY B” button
controls the optional second battery in a similar manner (if installed).
NOTE: Only one battery may be turned on at one time; the system prevents
both batteries from being turned on at the same time.
The functions of the battery buttons are defeated (disabled) if the anti-tamper key is
installed and set to the “OFF” position. Battery power automatically turns off if the M-750
has remained idle (not moved) for five minutes.
