A F T E R   E A C H   S E S S I O N

To ensure your Icon stays in good condition use a clean, soft cloth and 

non-abrasive liquid cleaner after each session to remove all sweat, dust, 

dirt and other substances.

R E G U L A R   M A I N T E N A N C E

Where necessary:

 

– Vacuum the floor under and around the Icon to prevent dust ingress

 

–  Inspect the saddle and handlebar stem adjustment levers. Tighten and 

grease as necessary

 

–  Check that the pedals are secure and fit for use. Replace straps and 

pedals if necessary

 

– Ensure that no sweat/liquid is pooling on the metalwork or covers
