Transfer Valve Removal/Replacement for Rotary Style Actuator (After 2000)
NOTE: The transfer valve only needs to be
re•
moved and disassembled if it needs to be
re•
paired.
There is repair kit available for replacing the seals
in the transfer valve.
1. Remove the (3) hex head screws, 1/2-13 x 1
that attach the transfer valve cover to the pump
body. Do not remove the (4) socket head
screws, 5/16-18 x 3/4 until the transfer valve
has been removed from the pump assembly.

cover/trans•
fer valve assembly from the body assembly.
