Operation
Connecting the Concentrate Pump, Pressure Sensor, and Source Select Valve

Use the illustration and instructions to connect the
concentrate pump speed sensor, concentrate line
pressure sensor, and source select valve.
1 Install the hydraulic pump into the apparatus
plumbing. Locate the pump downstream of the
source select valve, and upstream of the
concentrate line pressure sensor. Use an M12
cable extension to connect the concentrate
pump speed sensor to the PDM control box—
the pump speed connection.
Note:
Use additional M12 cable extensions if
necessary.
2 Install the concentrate line pressure sensor into
the apparatus plumbing. Locate the sensor
downstream of the hydraulic pump. Use an M12
cable extension to connect the concentrate line
pressure sensor to the PDM control box—pump
discharge pressure connection.
Note:
Use additional M12 cable extensions if
necessary.
3 Install the installer supplied source select valve
into the apparatus plumbing. Connect the valve
to the on-board concentrate supply tank and the
off-board supply line. Connect the valve position
switch cable to the PDM control box—the pump
intake select switch connection.
