Replace Rule –
allows user to modify selected rules information, for replace rule, you can also
modify related accounts, prefix and replace.
Rules –
allows user to select either replace rule or dial-now to display or edit.
Area Code –
are codes are also known as NPA’s or Numbering Plan Areas, it usually indicate
geographical areas within one country. If entered numbers match the predefine area code rule,
the intercom will automatically prefix the outgoing number with the area code
Note: there is only one area code rule supported by the intercom
