Your sous vide cooking is ready

When the required duration is reached you will hear a peep tone that repeats every 3 seconds. Your
ingredients are now ready. The water temperature will stay at the set temperature and the duration
will continue until you actually press the On/Off button.

Take the vacuum bags out of the water

Press the On/Off button. The peep tone will stop and the vacuum bags can now be taken out of the
water container for further processing. We advise to always use some plyers for taking the bags out of
the water container. This to avoid that you burn yourself on the hot water.

Change time or temperature during operation

During  a  preparation  you  can  change  the  set  temperature  by  simply  turning  the  rotary  wheel.  The
displayed duration will then automatically come to a halt. You will have to set the duration again to
the newly required time.

A damaged vacuum bag

Should  a  vacuum  bag  get  damaged  during  the  cooking  then  food  may  leak  out  of  the  bag  and
contaminate  the  water.  If  food  gets  into  the  sous  vide  device  it  may  block  the  water  circulation.
Damaged vacuum bags should therefore be removed from the water container. Refresh the water and
if necessary clean the sous device.
