(1) CHECK THE ENGINE OIL LEVEL
Notice: Stop the generator in a smooth place, then check the
generator. Engine oil is a major factor aff ecting engine perfor-
mance and life.
Use the 4-stroke oil, SAE10W-40 is recommended for general,
all-temperature use. Other viscosities shown in the chart may be
used when the average temperature in your area is within the
indicated range.

Uncover the oil mouth then clean the engine oil ruler with
clean cloth.
2.
Plug the engine oil ruler into the oil mouth and don’t turn it. If
the oil level is below the lower limit of the engine oil ruler you
should add some engine oil.
3.
Add the engine oil to the upper limit of ruler.
4.
Fix the engine oil plug ruler properly.
(2) CHECK THE FUEL LEVEL
Check the fuel gauge, and refi ll the tank if the fuel level is low. Use the 93# unleaded gasoline or
higher

Uncover the fuel tank cap.
2.
Check the fuel level, if the fuel level is low you should add more.
3.
Add the fuel to the shoulder part of fuel fi lter.
4.
Fix the fuel tank cap.
