HANDLING

Before continuing any further with the

installation of this fire please read the following:
•  Two people should be sufficient to lift the

fire.

•  When lifting always keep your back

straight. Bend your legs and not your

back.

•  Avoid twisting at the waist. It is better to

reposition your feet.

•  Avoid upper body / top heavy bending.

Always bend from the knees rather

than the waist. Do not lean forward or

sideways whilst handling the fire.

•  Always grip with the palm of your hand.

Do not use the tips of fingers for support.

•  Always keep the product as close to the

body as possible to prevent unnecessary

and undue strain on the body.

•  Use gloves to provide additional grip.
•  Always use assistance if required.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE:

The appliance is operated through the switches

and temperature control dial located inside the

main door of the fire.

Turning the Unit On and Off:

•  When turning the unit on, make sure the

ON/OFF switch, located on the right side

panel, is in the OFF position. Plug the

power cord into a 220~240 grounded

outlet.

CAUTION!

Make sure the outlet is in good

condition and that the plug is not loose. NEVER

exceed the maximum amperage for the circuit.

DO NOT plug other appliances into the same

circuit.
•  Flick the On/Off switch on the unit’s main

body to the ‘On’ position (represented by

the symbol ‘I’) to turn it on. The LED flame

effect will come on to indicate the unit is in

operation.

•  Flick this switch to the ‘Off’ position

(represented by the symbol ‘O’) while the

unit is in operation to turn it off. The LED

flame effect will turn off to indicate the unit

has been turned off.

Selecting the Heat Setting:

•  This unit is equipped with a choice of

1000W or 2000W heat settings.

•  Flick the corresponding switch on the

unit’s main body to the ‘On’ position to

select each of the two heat settings. Flick

the ‘I’ switch to the On position for the

Low heat setting, or the ‘II’ switch for the

High heat setting.

NOTE:

Always ensure the ‘I’ switch is set to

the ‘On’ position before turning on the ‘II’ heat

switch.
•  Flick either or both of these switches

to the ‘Off’ position when the unit is in

operation to turn the heating function off.

NOTE:

 The LED flame effect operates

independently from the heating function, and

will stay on even after the heat switches have

been set to the ‘Off’ position.
