Hand Washing  
 

Immerse the blanket in water for 10 minutes, using mild detergent and 
lukewarm water. Then, carefully rinse the blanket with cold water, 
without wringing or squeezing it out. 
 

Machine Washing 
 

The blanket may be washed on the wool or delicate setting of the 
washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C.  
 

Drying 
 

Hang the blanket to air dry naturally in a horizontal position until 
completely dry. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not dry with a 
hairdryer or heater. 
 

Maintenance 
 

Examine the blanket regularly to check that there are no signs of wear 
or damage. If any damage or wear is spotted, do not use the blanket 
and seek specialist advice. If the mains lead or controller is damaged, 
do not open or attempt to repair them as they must be serviced by a 
qualified person. 
 

Storage 
 

When not in use, allow to cool and dry, then fold neatly but not tightly in 
the original packaging without sharp bends in the heating elements.
