6.4 Description of Process Quick-Change Adapter
1.
Pull pin and remove bolt.
2.
Position new bolt with „guiding groove“ in the position t
owards
the boring (pin) and mount.
3.
Align bolt until boring matches for fixing the pin.
4.
Mount pin until stop.
IMPORTANT
After replacing the thorn, make sure you perform several clear dosing processes in
order to eliminate any air inclusions.
PLEASE NOTE
Some quick-change adapters come with their own venting valve
which will be used for venting while installing or dismounting. For this
purpose, the valve has to be opened and the thorn will be mounted.
Then the venting valve will be closed.
Important!!
Make sure the valve is always closed during (first) start-
up and also operation.
