FIRST FILLING
Fill up the refillable sprayer and empty it of its air twice by pressing on the
spray tip. This may take up to three (3) filling cycles before the sprayer is
filled with the proper amount of liquid.
FILLING
Before proceeding with the filling, hand tight the brass ring retaining the
spray valve in its position to make sure the refillable sprayer is closed
properly. Place the bottle on the left filling pod identified
“AIR &
LIQUID”. Press the bottle straight down firmly and hold. First a measured
amount of liquid (approx. 400ml) and then compressed air will be filled.
When no more air flow is heard, the spray system is full and ready to use.
It is not recommended to refill the refillable sprayer before it is completely
empty.
Note:
If there is still liquid inside the refillable sprayer but no more
pressure, add air using the air pod on the right side of the station identified
“AIR ONLY".
AFTER A REPAIR OF THE UNIT
: Walter Co. Ltd. authorized service centers
do tests on the units after a repair by circulating water
Omni
through
the entire system to ensure good working condition. To avoid
contamination of chemicals used in the system by
water Omni
, it is
recommended to proceed to one(1) or two (2) filling(s) with the product
and then dispose of them before regular use of the unit.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Your Walter automatic filling Station must be properly maintained to ensure
continued high performance.
1.
With a grease gun, add grease twice a week in the greasing unit located
between filling pods on the station. (One pump with grease gun)
2.
Apply a dab of grease or silicone spray daily onto the air/liquid
filling valve to prevent the O-ring from drying out.
3.
The exterior of the unit must be kept clean from dust and dirt
deposits and all air and chemical inlets free of obstructions.
