CHOKE
Choke
This left/right slider controls
the position of the choke. Slide
the choke to the right to close
the choke for starting when the
engine is cold. Slide the knob
to the left to open the choke as
the engine warms. Always slide
the choke fully to the left when
operating the machine.
Ignition Switch
The ignition switch has three positions—OFF, RUN, and START.
OFF
– The engine is off in the OFF position.
Turn the switch counterclockwise to OFF to
stop the engine.
RUN
– In the RUN position, the fuel supply
solenoid supplies fuel to the engine. The
machine operates in this position.
START
– In the START position, the starter
engages. When released, the switch returns
to RUN.

Hour Meter
The Hour Meter gauge displays engine hours of operation. It
only counts hours when the engine is operating. It does not shut
off and is powered from its own internal battery.
