How to Properly Fit Your Foam Plugs
Your Raptor does not provide hearing protection on its
own. Foam plugs must be properly worn to ensure hearing
protection from gun shots and other loud noises.
Step 1: Compress the foam plug by rolling between your fingers until it
becomes malleable.
Step 2: Quickly insert the foam plugs into the ear canal as deep as it is
comfortable to wear.
Step 3: Hold in place for 10 seconds to ensure plug expands and seals in the
ear canal.
NOTE:
Your ear plugs should form a complete seal, blocking out sound. This
is critical to achieve the highest NRR Rating and protect your hearing.
Outside noises should be significantly reduced. If not remove the plugs and
perform step 1-3 again until a good seal is made.
