6. Preparing the device for use
6.1 Mounting the lamp reflector
The Walimex pro Niova 60/100/200 Plus studio foto video light can be operated with or without
the Bowens standard reflector. If no reflector is used, there is no bundling of the light cone and
the lamp produces a very wide, unbounded light beam. For higher brightness on longer distan
-
ces, we recommend using the supplied reflector. This adapter is Bowens compatible and allows
mounting other accessories such as softboxes and reflector umbrellas etc. We recommend that
the reflector and the battery be installed on a lamp stand before assembly.
• Pull the locking/unlocking lever of the mounting adapter (4) to the rear.
• Remove the bulbs protective cover (25).
• Insert the reflector (26) into the reflector holder and turn the reflector up to the stop.
• A click indicates the correct locking of the reflector.
• The reflector is installed correctly.
• Proceed in the reverse order when disassembling the reflector.

1. Press down the accessory
