8.2.2 MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER
Incorrect maintenance/repair!
Danger to life and equipment damage.
Only a WAGNER service center or a suitably trained person may carry out repairs and
replace parts.
Only repair and replace parts that are listed in the "Spare parts" chapter and that are
assigned to the unit.
Before all work on the device and in the event of work interruptions:
– Switch off the energy and compressed air supply.
– Relieve spray gun and device pressure.
– Secure the spray gun against actuation.
Observe the operating and service manual for all work.
Prior to maintenance
– Clean the system according to Chapter 8.1 .
After maintenance
– Carry out safety checks in accordance with Chapter 8.2.4 .
8.2.3 MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
The maintenance intervals should be adapted by the operator depending on the level of
use and if necessary the level of soiling.
If in doubt, we recommend contacting WAGNER's specialist personnel.
The valid health and safety specifications and safety instructions provided in Chapter 4
must be adhered to for all maintenance work.

Blow out guns and check for sintering once each shift
Check gun settings once each shift
Check gun discharge pressure once each shift
Blow out powder hoses once each shift
Check grounding weekly
Check compressed air quality weekly
Check gun voltage weekly
Check powder hoses for bends and sintering weekly
8.2.4 SAFETY CHECKS
8.2.4.1 GROUNDING CHECK
Daily: Before starting work, carry out a visual inspection to ensure that the system is grounded.
