Hint
The spray guns are mounted on an adapter

from which they can be easily removed,
enabling a quick replacement of the guns.

Switch off the plant and/or the high-voltage generator.
Set spray guns in service position (depends on coating system).
Loosen outer nut

by turning it counter clockwise.
Disconnect
spray
guns

from adapter

and remove carefully.

When removing the spray guns the supply of
powder and atomizing air is interrupted
.
Caution
Do not damage the electrical cable
!
When removing the spray guns, the electrical cable

can be pulled out only to
a
certain length
!
Disconnect the electrical cable

from the spray guns

Replace the spray gun with a new gun and fit this in the reverse order of removal.
