NOTE
Disconnect the cooler from the battery when the engine is not run-
ning, as otherwise the battery will run down.
Connecting the cooler to 230 V (compressor mode)
➤
Connect the 230 V connection cable (see figure) to the 230-V AC mains
supply.

Switch the cooler on by pressing the “ON/OFF” button (fig.
2
2, page 2).

The Display switches on and shows the current cooling temperature in °C.
✓
The cooler starts cooling the interior.
➤
To switch off the cooler:
– Press the “ON/OFF” button (fig.
2
2, page 2).
– Disconnect the plug.
– Wind the cable around the two holders on the back of the device for
storage.
✓
The display switches off.
Setting the temperature
The cooling capacity can be influenced by:
z
The ambient temperature
z
The number of wine bottles to be cooled
z
The frequency with which the door is opened

Press the “TEMP –” (fig.

decrease
the desired cooling temperature by 1 °C.

Press the “TEMP +” (fig.

3, page 2) button (fig.

3, page 2), to
increase
the desired cooling temperature by 1 °C.

The cooling temperature set at °C then appears in the display for a few
seconds.
➤
The device acknowledges the chosen temperature’s acceptance by flash-
ing the display.
