Switch on the machine
:
The device is equipped with a
PRCD
mounted on the power cord at the plug. It has two buttons and
indicator light. If the indicator light is red, the machine is ready for operation. Following a power failure

Checks:
Checks should be made when
the machine is disconnected from the power
plug.
Before you start, check the condition of the rig working tool. Any loss, breakage or chipping diamond
drill bit segment disqualify tool
for work. Install a new
drill
free from defects.
Check the power tool regular. Please check that the moving parts working well and are not blocked,
the parts are not cracked or broken, which could affect the proper functioning of the device. Damaged
parts before using the machine
must be
repaired. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained
power tools.
Check the condition of the carbon brushes. If it is found that there are less than 5 mm, replace them
with new ones. To replace the brushes, unscrew the two cups
on the body of the drill.
Note that the residue cutting ceramic materials are corrosive. Do not leave the machine not cleaned
up after
the work. This can lead to corrosion of the various elements of the rig.

Safety:
