MAINTENANCE

AND SERVICING THE FRYER.
WARNING: SPILLING HOT FRYING COMPOUND CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS. DO NOT MOVE
THE FRYER WITHOUT DRAINING ALL FRYING COMPOUND FROM THE TANK.
LUBRICATION
The motors in all fryers are permanently lubricated. No lubrication is required.
