Check that the tubes are stable under idle current draw into the desired 
loudspeaker load and with all source components powered on (refer to the 
checking bias section of the manual for instructions on how to do this).

Once the unit is functioning correctly, put the protective cage back onto 
the IT-85 unit.  Tighten the screws to make sure that the cage is securely 
fastened to the unit.
