Operation

Record Your Announcement

NOTE:

If you have assigned different mailboxes to different people, be sure to

tell callers in your announcement to press

, or

to leave a message in the

appropriate mailbox. For example:

Thank you for calling. To leave a message for Bob, press 1 now. To leave a

message for Sue, press 2 now. To leave a message for Elmo, press 3 now. Or,

wait for the beep, and leave your message.

followed by a beep,

speak toward the Base to record an announcement up to 90 seconds long.
