Limited Wa rr a n t y
VST Technologies, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of
purchase. During this period, VST Technologies, Inc. will, at its option, repair or
replace the products at no charge for parts or labor when the products are returned
postage paid. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number, a dated proof of purchase and a letter explaining the problem. VST
Technologies, Inc. will not be responsible for items returned without an RMA or
improperly packaged. Before returns are made, contact Technical Support at (978)
635-8200, 125 Nagog Park, Acton, MA 01720 or email us at [email protected].
This warranty does not apply if the products have been altered, disassembled, or
subjected to abuse, accidental damage, or misuse. This warranty excludes incidental
or consequential damage resulting from the use of this product. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above information may not apply. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties
expressed or implied and no person is authorized to assume for VST Technologies,
Inc. any other liability in connection with this product. Any implied warranty of mer-
chantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the above
warranties. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation may not apply.
