7. For increased trimming performance, press & hold the turbo
boost button.
8. For accurate tramlines & detailed effects, attach the tramliner head.
9. Never switch the appliance off whilst in the hair.
To outline:
1. Do not attach a comb guide.
2. Hold the trimmer upside down, yet fl at against the skin.
3. Move the trimmer gently downward.
4. Having defi ned the outline, hold the trimmer with the teeth
pointing upwards, yet fl at against the skin and move the trimmer
upward against the direction of hair growth. This will trim the
unwanted hair adjacent to the outline.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain optimum performance, the appliance should be cleaned
after each use:
1. Remove the comb guide after use. Rinse comb guide under
running water and dry thoroughly before storage or use.
2. Remove the trimmer head after use. The heads are removable for
easy cleaning. Use cleaning brush to brush and blow away any
remaining hair before storage.
3. Do not disassemble the blades.
4. When the appliance is used regularly, there is no need to oil the
blades. However, if the appliance will not be used for a prolonged
period of time, it is advised to oil the blades, to provide the best
cutting performance. To oil the blades, switch the trimmer on
and hold it so that the blades are pointed downwards. Spread
one drop of oil across the blades, then turn the trimmer off &
wipe away excess oil with a soft cloth.
Do not over oil blades.
Never attempt to oil the motor bearings/shaft.
5. For optimum performance of the foil shaver attachment, simply
position the attachment under warm running water and rinse,
to remove any excess hair and debris. It is suggested to leave
