2. As a user wear close-fitting clothes/safety glasses and hearing protectors! Avoid
loose clothes!
3. After switching off, the machine still runs. Don’t come close to the turning parts
before the machine has totally stopped.
4. Hitch accessories in accordance with regulations and fasten these only on the
reserved facilities; take care of a good security.
5. Control the complete machine before every use. Only use the machine if all
functions are running well and with undamaged parts.
6. Repair damages immediately, at least before working with the machine again.
7. Never exceed the maximum entered number of revs of the machine.
8. Take care of good maintenance according to the regulations in this book and to
the current norms for agricultural machinery.
9. Restrict the use of the machine to the purpose as described
under ‘conditions for use’ (chapter 3).
10. Maintenance and repairactivities only carry out by a stationary machine.
4.2 Using the PTO drive shaft
(NOT APPLY)
1. Observe the regulations as mentioned in the appended guidebook of the PTO
drive shaft.
2. Coupling and uncoupling the PTO drive shaft is only allowed, if the tractormotor is
stationary and the starter key is removed.
3. Work only with a fully protected drive.
4. Attend
the
contagious
capacity for permissible number.
5. Attend the maximum working length. Be sure that the 2 telescopical PTO drive
shaft halves overlap eachother with a minimum of the half of the pipe length and
that there is always enough free - telescopical - space to prevent that the PTO
drive shaft is being charged inaccurately at taking curves.
Maintenance the free - telescopical - working in greasing regularly.
6. Never exceed the maximal allowed working angle of the assembled PTO drive
shaft.
7. Follow the entered grease plan. After each 8 working hours greasing with a
quality grease is necessary.
8. Use the PTO drive shaft with undamaged protection covers and safe the
protection of the PTO drive shaft against turning along by attaching the chains
onto a fixed point.
9. Never use the PTO drive shaft without the fixed protection caps on the tractor and
machine side. Convince yourself that both ends of the PTO drive shaft are saved
after pushing aside.
10. When a PTO drive shaft is being replaced, reckon with the minimum necessary
capacity of the machine.
4. SAFETY REGULATIONS
4.1 General
Go through this manual carefully before using the machine. Follow all instructions
exactly and respect the following instructions at all time. Ensure that everyone using
the machine, knows and applies the instructions. Children and everyone not able to
work with this machine safely, is not permitted to use the machine.
