It is possible to install a third-party post-heater, also considering that the product is not designed to control
the heater. The installation and operation of these devices are the responsibility of the installer.
Maintenance and cleaning
Special maintenance and assembly/disassembly of the device must be carried out by professionally qualified
personnel.
Filters
Fig 12÷14
Over time, dust and dirt accumulate on the filters. Dirty filters cause the air flow to decrease and the noise
level of the device to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to clean and replace filters regularly.
NOTE: the device must be disconnected from the power supply before performing any
maintenance work.
The user can remove the cover from the bottom of the device to access filters, carefully so as to prevent the
filters from falling. To access the cover, it is necessary to partially loosen the screw on the metal plate that
protects it (fig.12,13).
The filter types on the device are shown below:
Plastic resin (nylon) dust filter;
ISO COARSE 90% (G4) filter;
HEPA H11 absolute filter;
Anti-TVOC filter;
Recommended frequencies:
Inspection: every 50/60 days
Cleaning: depends on the filter (some are washable with water, some are not)
Replacement: every 4/6 months (depends on the level of
air pollution)
Note: failure to clean or replace filters causes serious
problems for system efficiency, including:
- Increase in pressure losses in the air circuit and
reduction of air flow
- Consequent decrease in machine yield and worsening of
comfort in the environment
Note: saturated filters are the most common cause of
device blocking.
