Tips
• During the off-season or after extended periods
of non-use, you may choose to store Sunny
CS. To ensure long life of the product, it is
recommended to store Sunny CS by following
these instructions:
•
Unplug power cord and wrap cord neatly
inside the Power Cord Storage.
•
Thoroughly clean Sunny CS. Use the brush
attachment on your household vacuum
cleaner to vacuum any accumulated dust on
Sunny CS or wipe down the entire surface
with a soft cloth. You may also use a can of
compressed air for debris.
•
Always set Power Button to Off and unplug
Sunny CS before cleaning.
•
Cover, or place Sunny CS back into retail
carton if available. This will prevent the unit
from accumulating dust over time.
•
Store unit in a cool and dry location.
• The motor is permanently lubricated and
requires no oiling. Do not use gasoline, thinners,
solvents or other chemicals for cleaning.
Resetting Your Vornado Heater
Your Vornado Sunny CS has a multilevel
safety shut-off system designed to prevent
overheating. If this happens, the safety shut-
off system will cut power to the heater and
you will need to manually reset Sunny CS.
1.
Press Power Button Off and unplug
Sunny CS.
2.
Remove any obstructions and wait 5 –10
minutes, allowing Sunny CS to cool down.
3.
Plug in Sunny CS and press Power Button
to On. Your Vornado Sunny CS is ready.
Note:
If the safety shut-off system repeatedly
shuts off Sunny CS or if it will not reset, DO
NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE SUNNY CS.
