Your Vootto device is created from the best materials and
leaves the factory after a thorough inspection. If,
however, something went wrong for any reason, please
check the points below before contacting our customer
service center.
3.5. Troubleshooting
The device does not work
Check that the power supply cable is securely
connected to the power outlet on the device and the
lighter socket on the vehicle. Make sure the vehicle is
on and supplies power. Check the integrity of the
lighter socket by turning on the car lighter or
connecting another device such as a mobile phone
charger.
The top cover of the device does not return to its place
Check that the capsules and the plastic grip are in
place properly and do not interfere with the top of
the device. Make sure that the plastic tab of the lid is
in the same aligned line with the power switch and
the power socket.
While replacing a capsule, the grip disconnected
and the capsule remained in the device
Disconnect the device from the power supply, cover
the opening of the device with one hand and turn it
slowly. Grab the capsule and pull it out. Make sure
that you connect the grip properly to the new
capsule before inserting it into the device to prevent
further such cases in the future.
