VIII. COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING
P: Smartphone does not start/Smartphone suddenly stops or the
screen behaves unusually
A: Check the status of the battery and connect the charger.
A: If the Smartphone does not turn on after charging the battery,
please contact an authorized service center.
P: Smartphone does not play the sounds
A: Check the level at which the playback volume of the device is
set.
A: Check if the file is compatible with the Smartphone and if the file
is corrupt. Perform this check by playing a file, which you have
successfully played on this Smartphone before.
P: USB function on the computer is not available or is not allowed:
A: Check that the USB storage is enabled.
A: Check if there is storage space on the tablet.
A: Check the integrity of the USB cable.
A: Check the integrity of the USB connectors.
P: Some applications do not work properly
A: There are many applications provided by developers, without
being tested for compatibility with the operating systems and
hardware configuration of various models, so there may be APK
documents which are not fully compatible with your device.
P: Does not display the energy status
A: When the battery level is very low, the charger needs to be
connected for at least 30 minutes before the energy status can be
displayed
.
P: Some downloaded movies don't play properly
A: Your device is compatible with the formats of video files off the
internet, but the player can be incompatible to some of them, due to
the very large variety of video files available online. In such cases, it is
recommended to use a computer and a video conversion program, to
convert the video file to a compatible format.
