CARBON BRUSH REPLACEMENT

Before performing any assembly, cleaning or maintenance tasks, always ensure the powertool is 

switched off and is disconnected from the mains supply

If excessive sparking occurs you may have to replace 
the carbon brushes. 

Locate the 

CARBON BRUSH CAP (10) 

at the top of 

the mixer, either side of the ventilation slots.

Using a flat head screwdriver, rotate the 

CARBON 

BRUSH CAP (10) 

in an anticlockwise direction to 

open.

Replace the Carbon Brush.

Screw the 

CARBON BRUSH CAP (10)

 in a clockwise 

direction to secure.

NOTE

 The Carbon Brush size is 7x13x18mm
