MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE TOOL.
Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust will
cause internal parts to wear quickly, shortening the
tool’s service life.
Clean the body of your tool with a soft brush or dry
cloth.
CAUTION:
Never use caustic agents to clean plastic
parts. If dry cleaning is not sufficient, use a mild
detergent on a damp cloth.
WARNING!
Do not allow water to come into contact
with the tool.
If available, use clean, dry, compressed air to blow
through the ventilation holes (where applicable).
Ensure the tool is thoroughly dry before using it.
To clean the Dust Extractor remove it from the Router
and separate the two pieces using a small screw
driver or simply pull apart.
Clean with a soft brush or dry cloth.

To secure back together align the two pieces up and
push until a “click” is herd.
