Pull the Flicker Effects Board out, tuck excess cable.

Take a 5cm connecting cable, connect it to the power port on the Flicker Effects Board.

Stick the Flicker Effects Board to the following place, connect the cables on the Flicker
Effects Board to the expansion board.
