Tightening torque
10–11 Nm (1.0–1.1 kpm)

Disassembling

Remove
– cover
– piston
– spring

Remove
– cylinder
– bearing housing
– spacer washer

Remove
– piston rod
– shutter

Replace parts that are damaged and worn.

Use drift 6068 for changing bushings in bearing
housing.

Assembling

5. Fix the shutter in a vice.

6. Fit on the shutter housing cover.

7. Fit the bearing housing and piston rod.

8. Fit the cylinder. Make sure the evacuation hole

faces down.

9. Fit the spacer washer, spring and piston.

10. Fit the cover.
