Emergency moon roof operation  
If, because of an electrical fault (e.g. a blown fuse) it is not possible to operate the moon roof 
electrically, then it is possible to operate it manually. 
First, using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the two screws that secure the moon roof motor cover to 
the headliner. Then using a screwdriver, depress the white plastic clutch pin in the center of the motor 
screw (see illustration) and turn the screw to close or to open the roof as desired.  

 

Emergency power seat operation  
If, because of an electrical fault (e.g. a blown fuse - check fuses 23, 24 and 26 ), it is not possible to 
operate the power seat electrically, then it is possible to operate it manually, using the crank supplied 
with the tool kit. 

1. To adjust backrest tilt: 
Insert key in small hole in the side casing and turn to alter tilt as desired.  
2. Fore-aft position adjustment: 
Release the clips that secure the mat to the bottom of the seat; push mat to the side. Insert crank in tube
