If the driver's door is locked or unlocked from the outside using the key, the other door will be locked or
unlocked automatically.
The doors are locked by the switch in the driver's armrest, or when the lock knobs are depressed.
Depressing the lock knob on the driver's door will lock both doors. The door can be unlocked from the
inside by opening the doors in the normal manner.
WARNING!
The lock buttons should not be in the down position while driving. In case of an accident, this may
hinder rapid access to the occupants of the vehicle.
To avoid battery drain
The interior light and the warning light in The rear of the doors come on when a door opened.
To avoid battery drain when the doors are opened for prolonged periods, these lights can be switched off
by pushing in and turning the door light switches slightly clockwise. When the door is closed, the switch
will return to its normal position.
