connected (switch off the respective circuit breaker or remove the safety fuse; then switch
off the respective GFCI so that the mains socket is fully disconnected). You can then unplug
the mains plug from the mains socket. Dispose of the damaged product in an environmen-

For safety reasons, disconnect the product from the mains socket during storms.
Ensure no liquids can spill on electrical appliances and never place any objects filled with
liquids near the device. Should liquid penetrate the device nonetheless, cut off the power
supply to the relevant mains socket (e.g. via the circuit breaker) and pull the mains plug
out of the mains socket. Discontinue use and take the product to a specialist repair centre.
Never use the product immediately after it has been taken from a cold room into to a warm
one. This may cause condensation to form, which can destroy the product. Furthermore,
it can cause a lethal electric shock! Allow the product to reach room temperature before
connecting it and putting it into use. This may take several hours.
Make sure the USB ports are not short-circuited.
Ensure there is sufficient air circulation when you operate the product. Never cover the
product.
