• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them.
This poses a risk of injury.

Never pour liquids over electrical devices or place objects filled with liquid next to
the device. If liquid or an object gets into the device, power down the respective
mains socket (e.g. switch off the circuit breaker), and then pull the mains plug
from the mains socket. Discontinue use and take the product to a specialist repair
centre.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into
a warm one. The condensation generated could destroy the product. Allow the
product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it to use. This
may take several hours.
• Never leave the product unattended during use.
• Do not short-circuit the USB ports.
• Trained personnel must supervise the use of electrical appliances in schools,
training facilities and DIY workshops.
• On commercial premises, the relevant accident prevention regulations for
electrical equipment must be complied with.
• Check the product for damage before each use! If you notice any damage, do not
use the product any longer! Disconnect it from connected devices (e.g. multimeter,
power supply). Take the product to a specialist repair centre.
• Check the meter and test leads for signs of damage before each measurement.
• Never take measurements if the protective insulation is damaged (torn, missing,
etc.).
• To prevent an electric shock, do not touch the measuring points when taking
measurements, either directly or indirectly.
• Avoid using the device in the immediate vicinity of:

- transmitting antennas or HF generators.
These may distort the measurements.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product, or if

Intended use
The product acts as an adapter for a digital or analogue multimeter to measure the voltage or
current on the connected device. The adapter can measure devices with a voltage of 5 V/DC
(max. 10 V/DC) and a current of up to 2.4 A using a multimeter.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture
(e.g. in a bathroom) must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product
for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper

a) General information
• The product is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
