Using protective gloves, pull the chain downwards and check that the chain guide links are
still visible at half height at the bottom of the bar.
•
If the guide links are fully visible when pulling down the chain, or if they are not visible at all,
the tension is not correct - repeat the adjustment.
•
Tighten the two nuts and check the chain tension again.
•
Fill the oil tank as specified in paragraph 14.5
•
Insert the battery into the special location of the chainsaw until it clicks, checking that it is
locked.
