Headlights with halogen bulbs: Adjust
Adjusting left headlight up to model year 2006
Lateral adjustment of left headlight
1 - Horizontal dipped beam adjustment
2 - Horizontal main beam adjustment
– Turn lateral dipped beam adjustment bolt -1- and lateral main
beam adjustment bolt -2- until the correct setting is achieved.
Height adjustment of left headlight:
1 - Vertical dipped beam and main beam adjustment
– Turn vertical adjustment bolt -1- until correct setting is at‐
tained.
Note
Please check also that both headlights move evenly when head‐
light range control is operated.
The adjustment bolts for the right headlight are a mirror image.
Adjusting right headlight from model year 2007
Lateral and height adjustment for right headlight:
1 - Height adjustment for dipped beam
2 - Horizontal dipped beam adjustment
– Turn height adjustment bolt -1- and lateral adjustment bolt
-2- until the correct setting is achieved.
Note
Please check also that both headlights move evenly when head‐
light range control is operated.
The adjustment bolts for the left headlight are a mirror image.

Adjusting fog lights and other additional
lights
There are two fitting location possibilities for fog lights. Firstly, the
fog light can be integrated in the headlight. Secondly, the fog light
can be fitted in the lower part of the bumper.

Adjustment of fog lights is performed automatically when adjust‐
ing headlights.
