Startline de luxe package
(not illus-
trated). Two versions of this package are
available. De luxe package 1 offers a
height-adjustable driver’s seat with an
integral drawer. In de luxe package 2,
both the driver’s and the front pas-
senger’s seat have a height adjustment
and a drawer under the upholstery.
Other features included in the two
packages are a vanity mirror in both sun
visors, and luggage nets in the load
compartment.
Ventilation grille.
Can be fitted in
a matter of moments to protect against
mosquitoes and sunlight. Screw fas-
teners secure and release it on the inside.
Only suitable for use when the vehicle
is stationary.
May result in longer
delivery periods.
Comfort.
Whether you are driving in town traffic or on long-distance journeys: comfortable
seats, convenient operation, a low noise level and, as an option, innovative
driver assistance systems make sure that you arrive relaxed at your destination.
Air conditioning system.
The air conditioning system has an infinite adjustment so
that there is a pleasant interior temperature at all times.
“Climatronic” air conditioning system.
The automatic air conditioning system with
2-zone temperature control ensures that the desired interior temperature is kept at
a constant level. Sensors register temperature changes and maintain the set interior
temperature by automatically adjusting the fan speed and air temperature.
Light and Sight package.
The rear view
mirror dims automatically so that you
are not dazzled. A sensor switches the
headlights on automatically when it
gets dark and also regulates the wind-
screen wipers according to rainfall
intensity.
Anti-theft warning system
(not illus-
trated). The interior is monitored
by sensors. If movement is registered,
the back-up horn is activated to
warn of attempted theft.
“Park Assist” parking steering assistance
can cope with multiple manoeuvres in
diagonal and parallel parking spaces. Once you have engaged reverse gear, the Caddy
steers automatically. You operate only the accelerator, clutch and brake pedal.
Not available for Caddy BiFuel or Caddy Maxi BiFuel.
Tailgate release button
(not illus-
trated). The tailgate can be unlocked at
the touch of a button – and therefore
without the key – from inside the vehicle
for convenient loading and unloading.
Park sensors
for ParkPilot.
Four parking
sensors in the rear bumper and an
acoustic warning buzzer give help when
reversing into a parking space.
Turning lights.
The inner fog light on
the bend illuminates the edge of the
road when you are turning off at a speed
of 40 km/h or less. Possible dangers
can therefore be recognised more quickly
for greater safety during the journey.

An acoustic warning is given
to the driver to indicate the distance
between the vehicle and obstacles when
