In phone menu, short press SK [
] button or right [
] knob to enter to the phonebook.
Radio will display all the available contacts and contact names must be scrolled if name length is too large.
Rotate right knob up/down may browse the contacts, slow rotating will move the contacts one by one (+1, -1), if rotate
knob continuously users can fast skip the contacts, the max fast skip contact is 5, and the 2 actions in 25 ms, it will
be regard as 1 action; short press right arrow button or right knob to select one contact and then continues with 12.6
Dial a call.
Rotate the left knob may decrease/increase radio volume level, radio display remains without change (contact names
list), display will not show the volume bar.
15 seconds no action, short press left arrow button or long press right knob will exit the contacts list and return to
phone menu.
If the dialed phone is rejected, radio will revert to previous mode. If the call is answered, radio will switch to active call
mode.
12.9 Incoming Call
In any mode, a phone call is coming, the radio will display the phone number of the call (total number will be fully
displayed) or contact name. Radio will display “PHONE NUMBER, PRIVATE or CONTACT NAME” depending of
phonebook registers. If information is long, then display must scroll the complete information (information showing
same as ID3 information).
