Regularly check that there is no wear or damage to the blade
• Check the cog for wear to the teeth
• Check that the clamp and platform are securely attached
• Clean regularly using hot water. Always remove any residues. This
can discolour the surfaces.
• Never leave the surface damp as this can cause discolouration
• Parts do not require machine oil or grease; however cog and blade will
obtain some additional protection by the application of foodsafe
mineral oil
