19 Warning Codes
(R2 Wireless Touch Controller)
If one of the following warning codes appears on the R2 Wireless Touch
Controller, the Main Unit will immediately interrupt the water supply.
Wait until the issue is resolved before using it again.
after the below warning code is given, the main screen will reappear
after 2 seconds. If the issue persists, please contact support.
Voltage Drop
No Water
Gasification
Excessive Water Pressure
(when in use)
Power Overload
Excessive Water Pressure
(when not in use)
Note: if any other error code is displayed, please contact support.
The voltage drop is too high, possibly
because too many appliances are
being used at the same time.
No water is reaching the Main Unit.
Please check the water supply.
The water pressure drops too quickly
or the water intake is insufficient.
The solenoid valve may be blocked or
is not working properly.
Occurs when the power supply is
unusual.
The water pressure is excessively high.
